James Palferman

James joined Studio 24 in July 2024 and is a perfect fit for the team. As well as being an experienced project manager, James has developed digital products using various web technologies; giving him great insight into how digital projects are delivered both from a process and a development perspective.

James is a self-taught developer working with web technologies including PHP, MySQL and Javascript. In his previous role, he developed an internal CRM system to capture and analyse company-wide KPIs.

But project management is his passion. James takes great satisfaction in seeing projects through from concept to completion, keeping them on track, on time, and on budget. With clear understanding and communication, James will support both our clients and the Studio 24 dev team to produce brilliant work.

Outside of work, James enjoys being by the sea and sailing with his family. He also enjoys playing and watching football.
